"I discovered Kabylia Baguette at the Oatmeal Festival. The oatmeal cake is one of the best cakes my husband and I have ever had. Even if I didn’t love oatmeal, this cake would’ve been amazing. The flavors were amazing - brown sugary and buttery. And the textures of all the layers : crunchy, creamy , chewy were awesome. I contacted the owners on instagram and they were kind enough to tell me that they had more cake on hand and I went to their new location downtown to get some. While I was there, I had a delicious matcha latte w/ orange blossom and got a piece of pumpkin cake to go. Moist and flavorful. Owners are super nice and very talented at baking. Now, add in that they are both masters of their craft and you will not be surprised that Kabylia Baguette will blow you away! We had expertly made cappuccinos, the cardamom bun (which was possibly the BEST pastry I’ve ever had), the pumpkin bread, and brought home a variety of unique cookies for our boys, all delicious. Do not sleep on this new spot in Akron!"
