"I'm so glad I found this coffee shop chain. I tried this chain for the first time yesterday at a different Akron location and was shockingly surprised. Today I'm trying a different location over by portage Lakes. The presentation of the espresso macchiato was not as good at this location, but the flavor was spot on. My espresso macchiato was smooth and delicious. They make 95% of their simple syrups In House. The staff here was equally as friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. A lovely place to visit and get a cup of coffee or espresso. They use a medium Italian roast. I thought I always loved French roast was my favorite but this Italian roast is amazing. They carry fresh baked goods, including bread loaves that they make from scratch here. Everything in the store is made from scratch. I love that. They have a few gluten-free items too. Parking is easy they have a private parking lot and they have one space right in front of their store for to go Guests. The only thing I didn't like about this coffee shop is that they serve there to go coffee and Styrofoam yuck. I feel like that just ruins my coffee totally. I prefer to drink out of paper cups. Since I purchased an espresso macchiato and it's very small. I just got it in a nice regular tiny mug, and enjoyed it there and their great atmosphere. I would definitely come back."

"Cute coffee shop that has tasty specialty lattes. The service is very nice and the wifi is spotty. The music is chill with many genres playing. They offer different pastry options which look good although I’m not into cookie dough. My only complaint, which is a massive complaint, is the to-go cups they serve hot coffee drinks in is made of styrofoam which leech toxic chemicals in our steaming hot beverages! Please for the sake of your customers health and well being switch to paper cups!! Other than that it has everything a coffee shop should offer."
