"The West Bakery designed and executed the most beautiful dessert spread and cake for our wedding this August! The owner, Barb, listened to all of our preferences and ideas and created the dessert table and cake of our dreams! The table included everything from mini creme brûlées, tiramisus, buckeyes, chocolate strawberries, cookies, and more. They can really do anything and even included traditional desserts to represent our family’s heritage including baklava and kolachi. Everything was delicious and we received so many compliments! Our guests are still telling us how amazing the dessert table was and how delicious everything tasted! We could not have been happier with our experience and cannot recommend the West Side Bakery enough!"

When other bakers were hesitant to meet my expectations, West Side Bakery eagerly accepted. Each time, the look and the TASTE exceeded my VERY HIGH, TYPE A expectations!!!! The latest was my request for Rose’s door… you know, the broken piece from the movie Titanic. My son is OBSESSED with that ship and the wreckage and requested a Titanic themed 7th birthday party. I asked for detail and DISTRESSED. 🔨 WSB NAILED IT!!! Everyone raved over how good it tasted, too! He wanted a white cake with strawberry filling. It was so light and moist and decadent. "I ordered a vegan cake for my husband’s 50th birthday. I ordered a 10 inch round cake-chocolate with chocolate frosting and ganache. It is hands down the best cake I’ve had! "Stopped in today and wanted a small chocolate sheet cake. They were sold out so I bought 6 cupcakes off the rack and a cookies and cream single piece of cake. This cost me almost $25. With that being said, the cup cakes were old, dry and not much flavor and the same goes for the single piece of cake. I would have had much better quality at Sams or Costco."
