"I tried their PB&J as well as a breakfast sandwich. We sat inside and there was plenty of seating. The prices were reasonable and I was very impressed by their creative seasonal menu as well as a protein drink that had a macro breakdown! Their food menu was also spectacular with both sweet and savory options available. It's a plus that they have a drive through and cute décor. Will be back when I'm in town for sure!"

I haven’t been to grizzly bean in a whole year and I come back to redeem my birthday reward and my coffee had “light ice” on it for a reason the girl puts too much ice in it so I told her and she dumped the ice out which included pouring all the creamers and sugar out thinking that I won’t be able to taste the difference she was also rolling her eyes at me. Girl you’re not the only one who has to be at work early in the morning I have work at 7 and don’t have time for these games Edit: it doesn’t matter if it was free or paid for I’m not understanding why you’re bringing that up but it wasn’t exactly free because I was charged for the extra flavors. Matter of fact; it wasn’t free at all. I got a $5 discount. It’s not like I just bought the drink alone I also bought a sandwich. I never said I was shortened. I said “that’s a little too much ice” in a respectful polite way while I was glared at and side eyed. The reason why I ask for less ice is so my coffee doesn’t get watered down. I’m also sure there wasn’t a manager there because I placed it when you first opened so I could get to work at 7 am and her car was the only car there/ car in the parking lot. Instead of her pouring my drink out like she’s not dumping the flavors out along with it she should’ve said she couldn’t do it and explained why. In my original review before making this edit I said “pouring all the creamer and sugar out” as the owner you’re too focused on defending your family member instead of reading and understanding what I’m saying. This used to be my favorite coffee place last year and I used to go there all the time and also got a gift card for my birthday for Grizzly Bean last year. I forgot about the place and instantly remembered when the $5 gift card popped up in my email and I woke up excited bright and early morning and made it my destiny to go there to pick up my order by 6 so I can go to Boardman for work at 7 am. The girl had an attitude and that’s also why you’re defending her because she’s family. My reviews are all about expectations and experience because that’s what google reviews were made for and unfortunately for your small business you didn’t make it to the top of my reviews but you don’t have to worry about me coming back any time soon."

"Great coffee shop, with a very chill atmosphere inside. The logo is definitely awesome, can’t beat a grizzly bear serving coffee! The cold brew was bold and flavorful. Overall just a great place to grab a coffee in Ohio, and equipped with a drive thru if you’re in a rush."

"I usually love this place, but today when I came in I ordered an iced coffee with cold foam on top. When I got my drink there was no cold foam. I asked them to put it on and she put a very small amount on. I also ordered a breakfast taco, and when I went to eat it, the cheese was burnt to a crisp."

"Tried the Dubai chocolate mocha it’s soo good! The staff was so friendly. Cute little items for sale at the counter as well. I bought banana bread scented car freshener that smelled soooo good !! Highly recommend"
