"This shop is so cute inside!! The staff are wonderful and friendly. The prices are somewhat high in my opinion but chocolate is expensive. The gift boxes were super cute and make wonderful Christmas presents. The chocolates with peanut butter were heavy on the peanut butter and it is rich peanut butter that overpowers the palate. The fruit smoothie left much to be desired as well, especially considering their neighbor is a smoothie shop, I cannot recommend their smoothies. Their chocolate though is lovely. As well as their hot chocolate."

"I waited for a while before I have decided to leave a review. I visited on October 20th, 2025. The parking lot was completely dark, and the store barely had any lights on. I arrived at around 0630am. At first, I was unsure they were even open. I was excited to come because I have had coffee from Winans in the past and it was amazing. I walked up to the door to check the hours, which indicated they opened at 0600. The door was unlocked. I went inside. There were no other costumers inside or in the drive thru. The male employee did not acknowledge me at all. I did say good morning to him, in which I got no response. I ordered a large Caramel Mocha, hot. He made the drink, still similarly annoyed by my presence. He handed me my drink and told me my total. I paid with my card, and I even gave him a tip. I understand everyone has a bad day from time to time, but being rude is unacceptable. My drink was luke warm at best, and not stirred at all. I took time to send my concerns to their customer service department. I did receive a response that indicated they would check into it, and that a drink would be added to my rewards account. To date, I have received nothing. This will be my last trip to Winans. It was overpriced and disappointing with horrible customer service. Update: Someone did reach back out and let me know they had trouble finding my account. They did add points so that I can try them again. I was also informed that the employee had been "re-trained" and they did contact the property manager regarding the outside lighting."

"I’ve never had a bad experience here! I’m always greeted like a regular, though I’m not a frequent visitor. The employees are so nice and informative, I always ask their preferences when it comes to the new coffees that come in. The environment is very casual, friendly, and warm like the stereotypical cafe you see on TV. My friends and I come here frequently to play Magic."

"Excellent choice of flavored beverages is a good reason to visit this cafe. If you are a chocolate lover, you are at the right place. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Interior is roomy but indoor seating is somewhat limited."

"New staff needs better trained. Been going to this winans for over 5 years and the new staff had a lack of training. From the drinks tasting super far off to getting over charged I always order a 20oz and I am now paying for 20oz and getting 16oz."
