"Atmosphere was fine aside from the staff, genuinely I don’t like to give negative reviews given that I understand that bad days are entirely possible. Attempted to order an iced caramel macchiato, explaining that I did not want a Nitro Caramel Macchiato because I prefer espresso. Instead of explaining that they couldn’t do an iced caramel macchiato they rang me up for a large nitro caramel macchiato, which I didn’t ask for, the cashier didn’t say a thing, cashed us out and I didn’t catch it until after we paid because the price didn’t ring up correctly. When I asked about the difference and why it was Nitro instead of what I asked for I got an attitude in response and then was told that they can’t do an iced version. On top of that we received spoiled cream for my grandmother’s house drip, with chunks of cream visibly floating on her cup after being stirred. I’ve never had trouble at Tremont before and usually love the coffee. It seems your staff need more training and an attitude adjustment. Probably won’t come out of my way to go here anymore, best of luck."

"Cool little coffee shop with great coffee flavors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even serve a couple smoothie options along with some baked goods. I got the honey badger latte and it had a great balance of coffee to honey ratio. I also got a wild berry smoothie with almond milk and even though it was a little sweeter then I’m used to, it tasted good. The wifi is super fast so it’s a great place to get some work or studying done. Definitely recommend if you need your coffee fix!"

"I love their coffee and their chia but they are so slow. Every time I go through their drive thru it takes at least 15 minutes for me to even get my drink. Doesn’t matter how many cars their are. So disappointed because I would like to grab a coffee really quick before work and I can’t because they take so long."

"I popped into this little coffee shop expecting just another cup of joe, but ended up in a whirlwind of mystery and delight! Halfway through my latte, I noticed a small, old key at the bottom of my cup. Intrigued, I asked the barista about it, and she smiled, pointing to a small, locked box on the counter labeled “For the Curious.” It turns out, they occasionally hide keys in random orders, and if you find one, you get to open the box and keep the surprise inside. My prize? A voucher for free coffee for a month! What a fun and unexpected twist to my morning routine!"
