"I was driving through Chardon, Ohio and really wanted a good coffee. Then I spotted a business sign that read “The Buckeye Chocolate Cafè. Wait…. Coffee & Chocolate?!?!?! This place sounded amazing awesome, I must investigate! So I pulled in the ample parking lot & when in. When I walked in I was greeted by the amazing smell of coffee. I immediately noticed the shelves stocked with a nice selection of chocolates & treats to purchase. I made my way to the counter and was surprised to find an entire case of delectable chocolates. You could purchase a few pieces, half pound or 1 pound. I knew I’d return after my coffee to purchase from this case. I selected a cappuccino with a chocolate flavor, the Turkey club & the big chocolate chip cookie. I then went and selected my table. Your seating options are table only, I found the table and chair very comfortable. The cappuccino was delicious, a very nice flavor & hot. My Turkey club didn’t disappoint, the turkey was fresh, the bread was toasted & it had avocado on it. Last but not least the chocolate chip cookie, a nice treat to finish my meal on. I then went back up to the counter and picked up a few half pound bags of treats for the week. I truly enjoyed this coffee shop/cafè. It had everything that I really enjoyed. If you love good coffee & chocolate treats/ candy, you simply must visit this place."

"If you're looking for a quiet spot to work on your computer, here's the place. If you're looking for delicious chocolate, here's the place. If you're looking for a quick but tasty lunch, here's the place. If you're looking for something inexpensive here is NOT the place. I'm not saying it's ridiculous but a sandwich and drink for almost $12 was a little pricey. I had a sweet potato hummus wrap. It was unusual and very tasty. My friend had a strawberry salad with plenty of strawberries and almonds. We both had a mango green tea which had too.much ice and not much flavor. I did like the sugar/sweetener option, however. Would I go again? Probably."

"My family has frequented buckeye for years to get breakfast and lunch, but the quality seems to be going down. They are very cheap on the avocado for avocado toast which is $10 and when we asked for extra crispy bacon they gave us pretty much raw bacon (picture attached). Very disappointing when trying to support a local business"

"This place is clean and middle to upper class, like a star ***ks. Has some unique chocolates, however, no sugar-free stuff for the diabetic type 2. Friendly staff and beautiful people. If you have money you can eat here. Slightly pricey but quality food."
