"My wife and I stumbled upon Fig Leaf Coffee completely by chance at a community event about 7 years ago. We tasted their coffee samples and spoke with the owner, Tom, about the nuanced flavor of the brews we were tasting. Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the process of roasting and flavor profiles elicited from the beans with the roasting and brewing processes. Since then, we have exclusively bought coffee from Tom and have always come home to brew an amazing pot (or two) of coffee.
