"My husband and I came here for lunch and absolutely loved it! It’s truly a hidden gem that is cozy and welcoming, yet surprisingly spacious with plenty of tables. While it has that classic hole in the wall feel, there was lots of room, and it even seemed like a large family Christmas party was coming in after us, which gave the place a warm and lively atmosphere. I ordered the chicken fettuccine and my husband got the penne boscaiola, and both were delicious. We each had a house salad, and the dressing was amazing. We also shared the bruschetta, which was so fresh and flavorful. The portion sizes were incredibly generous. My husband is a big guy and we still had to take food home. To top it all off, we had the amazing peanut butter pie, which was a highlight of the meal because I am always on the hunt for an amazing peanut butter pie! Our waitress was a sweet young lady who was so kind, and the food came out quickly. We really loved our experience, highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back."

"EXCELLENT Italian! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warm, inviting, smells of garlic and sauce. I had the pesto pasta with chicken and a Greek salad. The garlic 😍 Goodness. Your Nona would be proud. Definitely recommended!"

"09/17/2025 - One of my closest friend and I visited Biagio’s Bistro based on her recommendation (she had dined here before). I love Italian food and sadly they did not have Lasagna on the menu. The decor homages European culture from then. The seating was comfortable. They have a small bar that is in a small room with a see through window. Open kitchen area. I ordered a good cocktail, a Cesar salad, their turkey sandwich on the croissant (yummy), and a house made dessert which was delicious. Our server was awesome and as were the staff. Paid street parking out front and near by streets. Decent prices."

"The tomato soup is the best on the planet. I’ve had it at least 20x. Everything here is absolutely phenomenal, service, prices, entrees, desserts, this is one of the best restaurants in the entire city, anyone with access to it simply has to go try it, can’t say enough good about Biaggio's. Again - I’ve eaten here like, 10-20x. Probably more honestly. I’m about to go get soup"

"I’ve been to many places around the world. In fact I’m currently visiting Cincinnati and picked this place based on the inflated Google reviews. This place, at best, deserves a 3/10. The atmosphere is dingy and run down, food is bland, lacking any real effort, quality, nor taste. The best thing about this place was the waitresses attempt at providing good service. I left her a $10 tip on a ~$40 check to exemplify that. The rest, honestly - find somewhere else to dine. Don’t believe the reviews. Cincinnati deserves better. Attaching photos for proof."
