"Just gave the black lady at the window my biggby reward card with 11 points on it and cash to pay for my drink. I watched her pick up a different reward card and count my change. As she gave me my change she handed me the other card and put mine on the register. Told me I had 4 points. Not sure why she is switching cards out, but I watched you. Thanks I will never come to this location again!!! November 23 at 11:16."

"I come here a lot lately everytime I come here they get something wrong. Today I came up ordered 2 24oz lattes one with sugar free Carmel and one with sugar free mocha the Carmen one was a 20oz and the mocha had so much syrup in the cup it made it undrinkable. We stirred the syrup and it made the coffee so this it was like drinking a protein shake. This is not the first time this had happened."

"Ever since this location opened up, I don’t go to Starbucks or Dunkin anymore honestly. Biggby’s coffee just tastes better! Reasonable prices (expect to spend $7+ for your large drinks and bragels) and everything always tastes great. I tried the Lavender Matcha Latte today and it’s one of the best I’ve had! Their White Lightning and Butter Bear/Teddy Bear’s are fantastic. Nice, patient staff members who are always happy to give my little doggy a pup-cup when we go through the drive-thru! "
