"Generally an easy stop for coffee - conveniently located and easy entry. Drinks are inconsistent, however. It depends on who is there, but I get the same drink most times and it's a 50/50 shot whether or not I get the flavors in my cold brew. Sometimes the drive-thru line can take a while, but it's usually worth the wait. If all the employees made the coffees the same way, it would be an easy 4 stars. Watch where you're going in the parking lot, too, since there's a gigantic pothole every 3 feet."

"This was my first and last time trying this location. I love the one in Madisonville but this Bondhill one is awful. I ordered an Iced Snow Mint Mocha and a Frosted Sugar Cookie Iced Latte. They gave me a Peppermint Stick Mocha and when I said it wasn't what I ordered, she kept laughing and saying "oh my bad." The wait was so long that I said I'd just keep it and not wait for it to be remade. When I tasted it, it was like super sweet chocolate milk, no coffee detected AT ALL. Then my daughter's drink was super bitter and not sweet at all. Right as they hand me her drink, I see the guy inside working and he had a PAJAMA pants. Since when is that appropriate to work and serve ppl food and drinks in? Disgusting! I would not recommend or return to this location EVER."

"Paid $35 for 4 drinks with strawberry boba. They didn’t even put 10 boba balls in them. Usually they do a whole scoop. They don’t give you a receipt so you can’t call them directly or leave a survey directly. If I wanted a boring energy drink without boba I would’ve grabbed a Red Bull"
