"Jason's moved over by Bonefish Grill. This location is much smaller, no longer had a salad bar, no longer has an ice cream machine, and is way overpriced. There are no more good vegetarian options. The "salad bar" is something that you have to tell them what you want and they make it in the back. You only get one "trip" to the salad bar. There was one vegetarian option and they served us a sandwich with meat on it. We ordered a kids chicken fingers and a kids Mac and cheese. Both were gross and the Mac and cheese was watery. This deli used to be amazing and is now terrible. I was incredibly disappointed."

"First, I have to tell you the two gentlemen employees are excellent. I am glad to see that they stayed on with Jason’s. But when we entered, we were totally shocked at the atmosphere totally not what we expected. We have been going to Jason‘s deli for numerous years started out in Scottsdale, Arizona, and was delighted to find out there was one here in Cincinnati (at the prior location) but when we enter today, we were in total shock . They literally had eight small tables. Salad bar was gone, and the ice cream machine was gone. They take away these items, but yet they raise their price. I hate to say that will be our last time visiting This location. I really hope it’s just a temporary location because it went from a naturally lighted and nice size deli to a dark and gloomy tiny room with 8 tables. Very disappointed."

"I smelled good cooking & am so happy I followed my nose into Jason’s. Whoever is cooking 👏🏽 😋 i got take out & ran a few errands but still wanted to share the size of this loaded potato - that’s a dinner fork!! Seriously delicious & plenty of leftovers"
