"My new favorite coffee stop in Cincinnati. The staff was very friendly, the menu had a delightful selection of exciting seasonal drinks and the atmosphere was great. I ordered the iced girl scout latte and was very impressed with the drink I received. I brought my laptop with me to get some homework done and was very happy to find ample outlets and comfortable seating -- not as easy to find in a local cafe as you might think. It was quiet in the late afternoon but definitely started picking up in the evening as people transitioned from ordering coffee to the actual bar. All in all, there's a little bit of everything here. Good quiet vibes for some afternoon work, and a little more excitement rolling in during the evening. I wish I could have stayed and ordered a cocktail"

"The atmosphere was charming, and the barista was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. The Bee Stinger was a unique and delightful drink' not too sweet, with just the right hint of heat. Anytime I am in the city, this a must go! I adore this place."

"It was my first time stopping in, very cute shop. However, the baristas were not very welcoming, seemed annoyed. Also took a long time to get my drink with only 3 ahead of me. I worked as a barista at a very busy location and was by myself most days and I always made sure to be very welcoming and make drinks as fast as I could. It just didn’t seem like they cared. And when I say thank you for my drink they didn’t say you’re welcome which in my opinion is just common courtesy. Just felt a bit disappointed and unwelcomed. Latte was good, and atmosphere was cute and cozy vibes. Good customer service goes a long way."
