The food itself was fine, which made the portion issue more disappointing, especially considering the added cost. I’m not upset about the quality, just the value. For a paid upgrade, I expected the portions to reflect that. Hopefully this location can be more consistent moving forward."

"Everything for the most part was smooth here, food was excellent, only thing I did not like is that you have to ring yourself up at the cash register. Just a little bit of advice, the crew members should be a little more quieter about their discussions. I think I overheard a manager chewing an employee out about being late or trying to leave early, something of that nature. Anyway great job"

"This Steak ‘N Shake has a new concept where you order at a kiosk and you can get your own drink and seat yourself. This is a great concept because you do not have to wait for your check or refills. The food came out quick and tastes like the old Steak ‘N Shake we all remember. The owner and hostess were super friendly and both checked up on us. This location deserves to do well."
