"Cute place with a good amount of indoor seating. Outdoor patio is also available in the warmer months. I love a place that gives a whole pot of tea instead of just a cup! My avocado toast was very okay but my friend said the breakfast burrito was great! They also had small pastries and sweet treats in the case. Multiple tables open even at Sunday at 10am. Staff was also lovely."
