"I regularly get Kidd from the Great American Tower and I always have the BEST experience. This location struggles in comparison. The coffee is hit or miss. I always feel like an inconvenience with one particular employee. This most recent visit, they rang up the wrong drink, I noticed the price was higher than I usually pay but thought it was due to the recent menu prices changing, not the case! When I said the order was wrong, she was visably annoyed, tossed the drink in the sink after I offered to take it for sake of time and then I received the correct order, half filled."

"Great coffee and some of the staff is great, but I consistently have issues with this one dark haired worker. Such a bad experience I will not be returning or will be coming in the afternoons when I've noticed the staff is nicer. Such a shame since they make a mean cappuccino."

"Great coffee, great selection of breads and muffins from the local Little Rock Farm, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly, remembering most of their customers after a visit or two. Also have a good selection of homemade soups for lunch."
