"Tillie’s Lounge is one of our favorite establishments in the city! This bar manages to strike a balance that most can’t... it’s polished and well-decorated enough to avoid the “dive bar” label, yet still feels relaxed, homey, and completely unpretentious. Drink prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere invites you to settle in and stay awhile. The bartenders are incredibly warm and kind. Special shoutout to Randy, Vince and Luna for consistently providing excellent service! The establishment is always clean, and the restroom upkeep is especially commendable, considering how tough it can be to maintain single-stall facilities in a busy bar environment. Tillie’s hosts a variety of fun, themed events that showcase diverse and talented performers. We especially love their brunches and open stage nights—they’re always lively, inclusive, and full of great energy. There’s a true sense of community and camaraderie among the regulars, yet newcomers are always made to feel welcome. The crowd is friendly but never overbearing, which adds to the overall charm. Tillie’s is truly a hidden gem. As much as we’d love to keep it to ourselves, it only seems fair to share it with the rest of the city. If you haven’t visited yet, you’re certainly missing out. "Update 2: still a good place to vibe in Northside. I was here for a Harmony party with local DJs spinning house music (usually monthly). Update 1: Always a good time. They also have non-alcoholic beers and a water cooler. ----- Initial Review ----- Very fun bar and even better when they have DJs. Check their Instagram for current events. "Vintage, Velvety atmosphere with lounges you can reserve. At 430 pm we were the only one there before the crowd hit I'm sure. The outdoor patio had heated lamps with bar stools and different areas to sit. Music playing and tasty cocktails. Street parking only."

"I have had a lot of really amazing dining experiences here. Fancy bar, live music and performers come out regularly. I feel no pressure when I walk into a bar with every walk of life. A very human; very welcoming place. Patrick is one of their best bartenders. You'll get drinks that are poured correctly and have the right amount of alcohol. Quality and well worth the price. "We went for their SOLAR: Sober Pre-Pride Day Disco event - and had a great time! We had a wonderful time dancing to DJ castle, the mocktails were delecious - and all the staff were kind, curious and respectful! I love seeing more queer spaces host sober options for a great time 🌈 We will definitely come again"
