"My wife is Trinidadian and wanted to give this place a try. I have also gone to Trinidad multiple times over my life. We don’t say this lightly when we say this place transported us back to Trinidad the minute we walked in! Kelvin has an incredible establishment that made us feel welcomed and at home, and also has cultivated a menu of food that tastes exactly how you would get food in a roti shop in Trinidad! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone!"

"So glad Mama Joyce’s was closed or we would have never found this Caribbean jewel! The owner is FULL of personality and super engaging! The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated! The service was super and the staff were knowledgeable of the Trinidadian food and spice levels! My husband is Haitian so I can confidently say, this food is the real deal! The only draw back is the price of the drinks. We had the cost, callaloo, rice, cabbage, Mac, potatoes with chick peas, pork ribs, wings and roti skins. All were phenomenal!"

"Friendly owner told us about the menu. We ordered takeout a vegetarian meal-some dishes were vegan- and a strewed chicken meal. The meat fell off of the bone and there was flavor in every bite. The curried chickpeas and cabbage were tasty and even the rice and beans had light seasoning. Next Time I will try the jerk chicken and just get the spicy sauce on the side because I like the flavor without the heat."
