"It was my son's 25th birthday and I wanted to take him out early to grab a bite to eat to somewhere he would enjoy. I did a search online for breakfast food and Fraiche Brunch Bar came up. I was surprised because I didn't know that the restaurant had recently opened and it was just a few minutes away from me. I called ahead to see if it was alright to bring my little one and a sweet lady answered the phone. She let me know that it was a kid friendly establishment and that it wasn't too busy at the time to come in. Within 10 minutes 3 of my family members and I pulled up. The restaurant is located in a plaza in a busy area however there was plenty of parking in the back. You can go into the restaurant through either the front or back door. I decided to come into the front and boy was I surprised! At least 4 of the staff immediately greeted me at the door saying welcome to Fraiche (pronounced Fresh)all while never stopping what they were doing! That instantly made me smile so big. I love great customer service. The restaurant was very clean and had a bar type vibe minus the alcohol. They had my favorite R&B jams from the mid to late 90s and early 2000s playing. The hostess asked how many in my party and immediately recognized that I had called recently. Seats were filling up so she asked if it was okay if we sat at the bar area which I didn't mind. We were seated, given menus, and asked what we would like to drink. After ordering our meals I was approached a couple of times by staff to make sure we had everything we needed and updates on how long it would take to receive our meals. I would say by song 3 we received our food and boy were we not disappointed! I got the chicken and waffles and they were so yummy! I like a crunchy chicken tender and mine had lots of crunch. The waffle was fluffy, cooked perfectly, and seasoned well. The powdered sugar and whipped cream dollops took it to another level. I was able to get a bite of my family's food. If you love sweet and decadent, try the Biscoff cookie crumble waffle. A fluffy waffle topped with carmel, white chocolate sauce, whipped cream, Bicoff crumble, and your choice of meat. Amazing!!! The surf and turf grits bowl was fire and had nice portions. It was made with shrimp, tender seasoned steak bites and peppers. The waffle flight for the little one was also a hit with a a side of thick cut bacon. It includes 4 waffles- 1 Georgia peach, 1 strawberry shortcake, 1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and 1 Biscoff crumble. They were so good. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything additional and how our food was. I did let one of the ladies know that we were here to celebrate my son's 25th birthday. She immediately shouted out Hey everybody we have a birthday! Eveyone clapped and celebrated. It was nice that she invited all the patrons to have a birthday shout out. We really enjoyed ourselves and I will be back. The prices were responsible. If you looking for an excellent brunch menu with a nice atmosphere and good music come check Fraishe brunch bar out."

"The Biscoff Waffle was AMAZING! Warm atmosphere, great price with a laid back brunch vibe. It is made to order so enjoy your free refills but it’s worth the wait to get warm fluffy waffles, thick delicious bacon and crispy well seasoned chicken! Definitely going back!"

"We went to Fraiche Brunch Bar today and honestly, this might be the best Cleveland Black-owned experience we’ve had. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted and accommodated right away. They made us feel extremely welcomed from the moment we sat down. The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned so well. I highly recommend the brunch potatoes — they were fire. The prices are super affordable too. I’ll definitely be back just off the strength of the experience alone. Highly recommend!"
