"The place was open at 7:00 AM, on MLK day, during a snow blizzard, when most of Cleveland was shut down. This alone qualifies it for a 5* review! Kind of hard to find if you don’t know the building, so better ask the receptionist for directions to the bistro. It is one floor bellow the main entrance. Otherwise, the place is no thrills, but very clean, friendly staff, food is ok. On the day we visited, it closed at around 10:00 AM. But there’s a nice lounge right next to the bistro, that stays open throughout the day. So better order your food & drink before 10:00 AM."

"Chaz was so helpful with the order for my team at my office this past Thursday! Everyone at my office seemed to really enjoyed the turkey and ham meal and the homemade stuffing was great and the baked apples were absolutely phenomenal! Definitely ordering here again. He even set everything up to my preferences."

"The bacon Mac and cheese is to die for! It’s so creamy and flavorful, some of the best Mac I’ve had. It comes with bread that has a really good garlic butter. My hubby had the smash burger with fries. Everything came out hot and was crispy. We also got the mango smoothie lemonades. They’re amazing, if you’re ever in downtown Cleveland, you gotta try out this place."

"Very very disappointed. Ordered the N'awlins Cajun Chicken and the sandwich did not live up to expectations. The chicken was dry and virtually nonexistent on the sandwich. At first glance it seemed like a hearty sandwich but upon further inspection, there was a single tiny chicken tenderloin on each half of the sandwich. How can you call this a chicken sandwich when 70% of the sandwich is lettuce? The sweet potato fries were pretty good. $14 later and i'm still hungry. Update: I returned and tried the Baked Chicken Parm sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was there an abundance of chicken, but the sauce and bread were excellent as well. Updating my previous review to 4 stars as this experience was much much better."
