"Terrible cappuccino. Worst I’ve had in a long time. Service was not friendly or inviting. I stood there for over a minute before being greeted, and there was no one in line. I will definitely not be getting coffee from this establishment ever again."

"Coffee was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Asked staff about where we could sit and drink our coffee and we were given informative. Sat up on the little balcony area which has a unique sitting area that overlooks the market. Pleasantly surprised."

"I’ve been drinking coffee for my entire life, over 45 years, and I gotta say.. this place is the tops! I was blown away by the atmosphere and the quality! The barista Cara made me a wonderful latte that was delicious and refreshing, and Jenna was very kind to me during my order. I highly recommend stopping by here on your travels in the great city of Cleveland, it was truly a highlight. 5 stars!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible coffee even worse service. I ordered an iced chai that legitimately was “undrinkable.” It tasted like straight water. I’m not sure how you manage to mess up an iced chai. My sister got a latte that looked like and tasted like watered down milk. If they told me they didn’t put espresso in it, I’d believe it. The workers were unfriendly, rude, and looked annoyed we were even ordering. Ordered a drink with oat milk which they happened to be out of. That’s fine, but when I said I wanted whole milk instead, She just repeated “we don’t have oat milk.” in an even more annoyed voice. I get it, oat and whole sound similar, but the attitude in the response was unnecessary. I work in food service myself and rarely feel compelled to leave reviews nonetheless bad reviews, but I was completely put off and disappointed."
