"Baaaaaaaby let me tell everyone reading this something! ELEANOR'S CAFÉ (10509 St Clair) IS NOT TO BE PLAYED WITH!!! yes, I'm yelling that! I had the whole wings, mac, yams, and a hushpuppie. Let's talk about how the chicken was seasoned to perfection! I mean Jesus himself laid hands on that seasoning and blessed the chicken. Can I tell you how it was fried to a golden crispy crunchy perfection as well! I ate that chicken to the bone and I NEVER eat chicken to the bone. The mac n cheese.....oooweeee, the mac n cheese, creamy, cheesy, flavorful, overall melt in your mouth goodness! The yams, just the right amount of sweet without being diabeticly sweet, lol. The only thing I would desire to taste in the yams is a little hint of salted butter. Other than that..... my meal was 10 out of 10! I highly recommend, suggest, and encourage you to eat at Eleanor's café. The service was 10 out of 10 as well. The young lady who helped us greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She was knowledgeable and helpful with questions we had. The ambiance in the café is very laid back and ideal for date night, date day, or simply dinning alone. The color scheme in there is so warm and soul-relaxing."

The food is excellent and you can tell the cook loves his job because you can definitely taste the love in the food. If you're looking for good quality food that's not stingy with the portions and has great energy and good vibes then this is the place to go.
