"The food here is amazing! We got an order delivered, and if it tasted that good, I can't imagine what it would taste like at the restaurant. My daughter got the Nutella Banana Crepe removing the bananas. They gave you the options, which is nice, and she just loved it. I got the Mozzarella Crepe it was delicious. The cookies were both so good, and my lavender latte, I wish I could have got a bigger size. Definitely would recommend this spot! Will be trying again."

"Good quality food, well prepared salmon with avocado sandwich, creative scones (earl grey!) solid stoneware serving pieces. However following an ill conceived trend was asked by cashier to clear my own table when finished, placing dirty dishes in a bin, and trash leftovers. Surprise that mopping the floor was not amongst my most unwelcome duties."

"I stopped by Cleveland for a trip and a quick lunch. The coffee was delicious and the croissant was delicious. In particular, the open sandwich with salmon on it was delicious. If you live close to this cafe, it's a place you want to go often."

"What a wonderful morning treat!!! Visited the downtown location with my daughters and it was a great treat! I got the pumpkin pie latte - hot and it was Delicious. and a ham and cheese croissant (tip: get it warmed up - yummmm)! They had so many treats - all baked fresh and such an extensive menu, that if you can't find something good, you're just not looking! I asked about Gluten Free foods and the manager (I think) listed off a ton of items!!!"

"WARNING: SERIOUS CONCERNS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and FOOD SAFETY I had a very disappointing experience with Luna Bakery related to a prepaid Too Good To Go Surprise Bag. At pickup, I was refused my prepaid order because I did not have my phone to verify my order; I explained it was charging. Despite offering alternative ID verification: credit card and government-issued photo ID. I was told I would not receive my prepaid purchase unless I returned with my zero charged phone within a short window (10 minutes) before closing. After contacting the General Manager (GM) separately and providing proof of payment, the GM eventually resolved the matter by allowing me to receive the prepaid items that I was initially denied ever receiving. Unfortunately, the experience did not end there. When I later opened the food, the container of frosting appeared disturbed (2 swoop markings) rather than freshly prepared. After consuming a small amount, near the rim away from the 2 swoop markings, I became very ill within a short period of time, experiencing vomiting and stomach distress throughout the night and early morning hours. My first sign of illness was at work, where I discarded all remaining food. This experience raised serious concerns regarding both customer service and food safety. Based on this experience, I would not return to the Luna Bakery, and ever recommend them. Sincerely Never Again!!!"
