What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"If you’re out for dinner or drinks in Little Italy, you have to stop by Presti’s Italian Bakery and grab some desserts to take home. The moment you walk in, you grab a ticket and are surrounded by incredible display cases packed with fresh, classic Italian treats; it’s impossible not to want one of everything. The staff is friendly, patient, and happy to help once your number is called, making the experience smooth even when it’s busy. The prices are more than fair for the quality and portion sizes. The tiramisu, cannoli, and coconut bar were absolute standouts. This place is iconic for a reason and is a must-stop in Little Italy and all of Greater Cleveland."
"TAKE A NUMBER or you’ll get cut in line. You can get cookies by weight or pastries individually priced. Cappuccino in the porcelain dine in option is the best. I got the chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was tasty. Seemed fresh. Pastries were very good. The Linzer cookies were perfect. Cheese danish was super cheesy! Id come back."
"Great Italian bakery near campus. Take a number paper or you will never be called. I like their mixed berry tart and cheese cake. Cookies are also worth a try"
"The Best! Absolutely the greatest bakery and place to eat. Espresso, stromboli, cookies. Make sure to grab a number when you walk in because most people forget to. Very casual atmosphere, eat inside or out. Food like pizzas and strombolis and pasta salads are already prepared and you choose them from the counter display (much like how the bakery is already prepared). Plenty of soft drinks on the wall to choose, or they'll make you a coffee. Plenty of room to sit inside with a few tables outside with great views. Parking is tough like most of Little Italy, so most likely you're walking there."
"Chocolate mousse was very good. The crème brûlée was a letdown. The sugar coating on top was soft and cold (we dined in) The service was gosh awful. The curly haired man working seemed like he’d rather be dead than working. I understand that everyone has an off day but when someone looks at you and says “hello!” You don’t just stare at them with an annoyed look on your face. The only reason we didn’t walk out right then and there was because we had already wasted 15 minutes waiting. Also, don’t start trying to save face at the end of the transaction so you can get a tip. This was the worst service that I think I’ve ever had."
