"I was really looking forward to spending a couple hours here waiting to pick up a friend from the airport. Located in Old Brooklyn, it’s only 13 minutes from the airport. They have a long rectangular store with a variety of seating and cute, comfortable spaces up on the two window fronts where I landed. Iced or cold brew wasn’t listed on their menu and neither was two different types of nitro. I chose regular nitro. I also got the Chorizo breakfast burrito which was dry but very tasty. The Nitro was very good but they only filled the glass half full? I appreciate the reusable container option but give me the take home cup instead. This after waiting for the four people who ordered AFTER me to get their drinks, some crafted. If I’m the first to order why am I the last to get my drink? Another lady an hour later had the same thing happen. Music was good, service kind, albeit mixed up, and a good place to watch city life. But I won’t be back."

"Love this place. Had their warm matcha latte. Berry blossom mocha iced I highly recommend. That was a yummy drink. Also the vibe of the cafe was brilliant. Has plants at the back and are very fairly priced. Got the velvet alocasia for $8 and had 4 large leaves on! Highly recommend coming here."

"Excellent coffee. It’s a hidden gem! I only go to phoenix coffee shop but sometimes I don’t want to drive far and this is around the corner. When you want a good cup of espresso, cappuccino, etc come here. This to be honest is the first place that makes coffee hot not just a little hot. It’s made the way it should be. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Refused to allow my service dog on the premises. My dog had a service dog vest on. Either they don’t train their staff or their staff was trained and they are deliberately ignorant and so incompetent this is the only place they can work.The young man in his 20s at the counter kept saying “you can’t have dogs in here“ and I kept pointing out it was a service dog and it is illegal for a business to not allow service dogs and goes against the ADA. Finally, I became blunt and he became defensive and raised his voice. Long haired fellow with light brown hair and glasses, who seems to fancy himself a “liberal hipster“ yet when push comes to shove gets combative against the disabled. Said a “OK fine jeez, what’s your problem“ glaring at me with his face crunched up and started slamming things around. I could see this was something he probably learned arguing against parents who never should’ve been parents and now is broadcasting, his neurosis on the innocent public. Subpar lukewarm latte and stale bakery item. Should have asked for my money back. This place needs to go out of business. Reporting them to the state board."
