"Went through the drive-thru just to order fries. Car before us didn't pay and left with their food. Casheer charged us for their 20ish dollar meal. Been here plenty of times, Drive-thru is usually rude. Not this time, probably because of the screw up. Tried to get us to get our refund tomorrow because she didn't know how, had to call her boss, kept us after for like 45 minutes while she figured it out. Boss shouldn't be leaving people without a manager on staff. Kind of a douchey thing to do. Hire a new manager or promote somebody."

". There is one customer in the dining room. I’m the only person at the counter. There are five workers back there. Preparing about three burgers. There is no reason why I shouldn’t have to wait 5 to 10 minutes without even so much as a hey I will never come back to the store again you better it’s almost as if the customer doesn’t matter, even though we’re the ones who pay Everyone’s paychecks/salaries"

"I really hate ordering on a machine. Waitresses add to the ambiance. Food was cold even though we picked it up the second it was put on the cold counter. I used to love this place , not so much now but gave points because they now use beef tallow !"
