"I come here multiple times a week for a reason! Cleveland Bagel Company is a great place to get reasonably priced vegan food. Also, the service is excellent. They’ve made a point to know my name and always make me feel welcomed. I’m sad they have parted ways with the vegan sausage and would love to see some more vegan schmear flavors. I’m always jealous to see the delicious seasonal schmears for non-vegans."

"Limited bagel options (maybe 7), no wheat anything and you cannot get any bagel served open-faced? Really? Any bagel sandwich will, inevitably, lead to everything being squeezed out the sides (like the pic) - which is messy & truly annoying. Very busy place, and it will take at least 15-20 mins to get your order. Only reason they're getting a 3 is because the actual bagel/lox was decent. But guess not everyone can bring it like NYC & LA."

"Their bagels are delicious, especially the rosemary bagels. They have my favorite bagel sandwiches in Cleveland, and they are reasonably priced! The staff is friendly and helpful. They don’t have a public restroom. However, this is made exceedingly clear with several signs both inside and outside the building. And it’s not a sit-down restaurant, so just understand that it is a quick in and out experience, and all will be fine. :)"

"Cleveland Bagel used to be my absolute favorite and they are still good but they stopped cooking their bagels enough. The last 3 times I’ve gone over the course of a couple months my bagels have barely been cooked. They are too doughy unless you take them home and toast them yourself. Unfortunately my friends have noticed the same thing."

"I’ve been a customer for almost ten years, I’ve stopped coming in recent years because of the rude customer service. Today I figured, “hey it’s been a while maybe I’ll give them another try” so I went in today, and the lady in front of me in line was given excellent customer service, she got a smile and a laugh. When it came to me they took one look at me, and gave me the “what do you want?” I told them I wanted a dozen bagels and they started berating me asking if I wanted each one of them made into a sandwich, I said no. Just a dozen. I left a tip even though I regret it now, and when I went to say good bye, I had to say it twice. But all she did was look me dead in the eyes and refused to say anything to me. The person behind me received good customer service. Honestly, I think it’s rude that I have to get this type of treatment after a decade of support."
