"On 06/10/2025, my coworkers & I ordered 3 smoothies, which were made incorrectly. I ordered a Tropical Delight and requested apple juice as the base and no strawberries. The smoothie contained strawberries, which is not listed as an ingredient, and almond milk (also, not listed as an ingredient). I have a severe nut allergy. When asked, the worker stated she did not add almond milk to the Tropical Delight, despite us noticing her pouring almond milk into the blenders. Since we were late returning to work from lunch, we did not have time to request a refund or a remake. Unfortunately, I threw the smoothie away as a safety precaution. My advice to customers is to monitor the workers making the smoothies to ensure the correct ingredients are being added."

"UPDATED REVIEW 2 stars: Went back because it's super convenient from work. Online ordered a juice and a breakfast sandwich on Texas toast with tomato. When I got there for pickup I was told the cooler went out the other day so they have no smoothies or juice. When I asked for a refund on the juice, I was told the manager who wasn't in will have to do the refund later. I'm not a picky eater, but the bread on the breakfast sandwich was again rubbery and gross, despite actually getting to eat it hot this time. They also forgot the tomato, which is annoying because I paid extra for it. None of this would be a problem if it was priced correctly, but again for a lunch that cost just under $20, this is pretty bad. To be certain the person working there was very friendly! It's just silly to be out of your main product, and not update the ordering site, and also not be able to give refunds right away when people order the main product you're out of. ORIGINAL REVIEW 3 stars: Food took a while to make, despite being the only person there, but that's not a huge concern since I had time. But the person prepping my food forgot my juice order, which apparently takes another 10 minutes to prepare, because they have to thaw it out because all their juice is frozen. It's "fresh" in that it's frozen after being squeezed at some point and then warmed up when you order it. By the time I finally got my juice it had been over 20 minutes and my sandwich was cold and kind of gross (texas toast doesn't taste great sitting for so long). Not ideal for a lunch that was nearly $20 after tip."
