"I visited The Sweet Spot after seeing their Croffles online and just had to try them! I ordered the strawberry croffle along with the twisted ice cream (matcha & ube), and both were delicious! The croffle had the perfect balance of chewy and sweet, and the ice cream flavors paired really well together. I was a little bummed that even though the menu listed several croffle topping options, only strawberry and chocolate/almond were actually available. Hopefully they expand the selection soon, because I’d love to try more next time! The shop itself is super cute, but it was pretty warm inside—it felt like the AC wasn’t running, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the treats. Overall, the food was great and I’d still recommend checking it out if you’re in the area and want something sweet and unique!"
