"Incredibly good espresso beans. I've been pulling espresso shots twice or thirce a day for the last 2 years, and maybe a handful of times I've pulled that perfectly balanced shot. This morning, I tried their W10th Espresso, and tbh, it may have been a fluke because I didn't dial in any parameter, but that first shot was incredibly balanced, and even somewhat sweet. I just had a second shot, and I now think it wasn't a fluke. I'm considering a subscription package before they get expensive."
