"Come to this cafe is an adventure to pass the security station to get into the court at elevator to 16th floor. The cafe has the special view never seen a little more than 180 degrees around the tower. The food is the cafe not impressed but everyone is friendly and be honest I really enjoyed eating my meatballs sub while looking around this beautiful city. Open 8am and close 3pm"
