"The place itself is okay, nothing special. What really threw me off is that they charge extra if you ask for your drink without ice which is honestly wild. Never seen that before. The line was completely out of hand, and even though there were two cashier spots available, no one stepped in to help because they were clearly pushing everyone to use the kiosks instead. That made the wait even worse. As for the coffee… it’s fine, but they can definitely do better for the price. And yes, overpriced? Hell yes. Not terrible, but not somewhere I’d rush back to."

"Was not sure what to expect considering I'm not a caffeine drinker, but my daughter in law wanted to check it out, so in we went. I had the jalapeno popper grilled cheese and it was DELICIOUS! Because I'm no coffee drinker, I originally got a frappe, assuming it didnt have coffee, but learned fast. Lol Went back for the skinny lemonade with dragonfruit syrup and strawberry puree and it was great as well. We ordered several other items and tried a lot and nothing disappointed. Will be back for a chill vibe and quick snack/drink combo."

"Candy Cloud is definitely a great spot to grab a cute, tasty drink. The drinks are really good, and the prices are reasonable, which is why I’ve already been back twice. However, the customer service could use some improvement. There’s no greeting when you walk in, and the only interaction is when they call your name. It can also get crowded, and I had to ask staff to wipe down a table. Overall, they have a lot of potential and room to grow, but the drinks themselves are absolutely worth it."

"The vibe at Candy Cloud is a definite plus , it’s modern and spacious, making it a great place to hang out. Stick to the specialty drinks, as the coffee is strong and sweet (the Golden Hour Breve is a winner). However, the hash browns are a critical failure and should be avoided entirely as they were hard and tasteless. tl;dr: Come for the great drinks and atmosphere, but skip the food."
