Yummy 😋 I also got a breakfast wrap - quite tasty Update: I took my son and his fiance today for a nice snowy treat at the Chocolate Cafe and had a lovely brunch. I tried the hangover sandwich this time and loved it. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Service to the table is awesome and they all pitch in to help run food to tables. I love the wholistic approach to working tables."

"Chocolate Café in Grandview is such a gem! I order the Italian panini and lobster bisque all the time, and both are consistently delicious. The menu has way more than just desserts—you can grab an actual meal, a glass of wine, and still have room for something sweet. Their chocolate-covered strawberries are amazing and always fresh. The vibe is cozy, the food is great, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dessert, or a treat to go, it’s always a good experience. Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoy the warm, welcoming environment of Chocolate Café. The drinks are good and a fair price. They have plenty of food and dessert options including sandwiches, salads, and soups. They have a large display case of chocolates, cakes, and ice cream. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs unlike many chain coffee shops. They are also one of the few coffee shops open late! It's a nice place to catch up with friends any time of day, and it's nice supporting a local business. There are a few things that would make me come here more and give a 5 star review. They have a small parking lot, and a few times I've come it has been full. The cafe can smell like burnt bread due to the sandwich press not being under proper ventilation. Finally, my biggest issue is there is only one outlet in the entire cafe and it's in a back corner. This makes it almost impossible to do remote work here. This unfortunately makes me choose other cafes on days I want to go to a coffee shop and work. If they added more outlets I would come here a lot more often."

"From the name, I was just expecting dessert, but there is a full menu, cocktails, etc. We got a molten lava cake and a “fudgey wuggy” cake. Both good but the fudge one was excellently fudgey. I’d get it again for sure. Great service and cute ambiance too."
