"It's a really cute coffee place and a great place to study. The products are always good, but the barista always seems like customers are more of an annoyance regardless of whether it is busy or I am the only customer. I was able to overlook this but then I requested my bagel extra toasted and said I didn't mind waiting the extra time but he said "it's just obnoxious" he still toasted it and bagel was good but I don't think I am going back because of the barista's attitude."

"I've been going to this coffee shop nearly every work day for over a year, but that stops today. Since shortly before Thanksgiving 2024, the barista who works here has been increasingly rude and on good days is barely civil. He used to be very friendly and would chat with customers while preparing their orders. I don't know what happened, and I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because everyone has a bad day/week/month from time to time, but I'm not going to continue to spend my money here when I go to the library 's cafe and get the same thing with much friendlier service."
