"Gallo's on High is a great place when you want a good meal at a great value. The staff are friendly and the food is comforting. Conveniently located on N High Street in Clintonville. The parking is a little challenging during dinner hours but the turnover is fast enough that space becomes available regularly."

"Upon entry, we were greeted and welcomed in without a reservation. It was very busy. We originally thought it was a different restaurant (another creole restaurant) and should have looked at the menu before hand but none the less it was definitely worth staying. We ordered the catfish bites, chicken florentine( try it! It’s delicious), side of mashed potatoes (random but these were good as well), spaghetti and meatballs and cheesecake. Everything was delicious. It was not too loud inside and was a perfect date night. Our only complaint was service was slow. Our waitress(G.P) was not very attentive. Overall a good place to eat and enjoy a night out. If we’re in town again, would come again."

"I thought it was pretty good, solid food. Felt the meal was good but maybe on the higher priced side? 2 entries and an app for almost $100 in the end. I know prices are crazy but man, it's getting out of control these days. Waitress was super nice. And again, food was good and we both enjoyed it. Ravioli special was very good and had a nice flavor twist to it. Meatball hoagie was solid. Would go again."

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed chicken sandwiches. He had the grilled with fries and I had the chicken parmesan. Our server was friendly and helpful. We each ordered cocktails that were plentiful and delicious. I ordered a 614 and my boyfriend's drink was a martini with gin and a fresh blackberry in the bottom (I can't remember exactly the name)."
