What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"The staff here are super friendly, and attentive without pestering. The country-fried steak was pounded very flat, crispy, and well-seasoned. Everything else was great. I highly recommend the home fries over the hash browns. Prices are pretty reasonable for the portions, and I was pleasantly surprised."
"Great breakfast diner. Creative menu - hard to pick. Had cheeseburger stuff fried ravioli and eggs, with side of roasted jalapeños. Eggs Benedict any which way you want. Staff super friendly."
"Visited Sunday morning for brunch and the meal was just average got the big sampler and the scrambled eggs were not seasoned in any way and lacked flavor, along with the gravy and the hollandaise, the kid enjoyed the chocolate “chips” pancake, the cappuccino was bland and one of the worst I’ve had, the toffee specialty drink tasted like I was going to get very drunk which is not good considering they do not serve alcohol here. Overall if you’re looking for a breakfast/brunch you’ll easily forget you had this is your spot! Holly the waitress was pleasant and trying to work an overloaded morning."
"This is your classic breakfast diner that serves all the typical brunch menu options. The prices are affordable, and food is not overwhelmingly great but is good enough! The employees were very nice and welcoming."
"Grand Day Cafe is a wonderful spot for breakfast and brunch! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are super friendly. The cozy, relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect place to start your day with a cup of great coffee and a tasty omelet. It can get a little busy at times, but that just shows how popular and well-loved this cafe is. Definitely one of the best breakfast spots in Columbus!"
"Note: The Fancy Ham and Cheese is on both the breakfast and lunch menus. This is your clue that you need to order this. Let me say it again, you need to..."
