"The customer service was horrible, I literally just left there and had to put in this review before I drove away. The young lady at the cash register was not welcoming at all and was kind of Rude! I’m a black woman and she made me feel as if I was a burden. It was my first time there and I walked in smiling and left with an attitude. Get rid of the young lady and keep the older women around."

"Love this small old school diner. They have the best cream filled maple iced long john’s in the city! By far my favorite donut to get in Columbus. Devil’s Food chocolate is also a winner!"

"First visit and last visit today. Walk in and nobody says a peep. Finally ask if we can sit anywhere we want and they say “yeah” but are then told where to sit anyways. 😒 Order a few items and start eyeballing the donuts which look pretty delish. Food is brought out by an older man - not the younger girl that took our order. Guy knocks over my husbands water directly into his lap. Freezing cold ice water RIGHT in the lap and we have to ASK for towels. He says no a whole lot after the water goes down. When he brings the towels he finally says “sorry man”… that’s it. Bill was over $30 for not a lot of food. We like to support local but sadly we won’t be back."

"The place was so filled with people that I had to wait in line outside of the door. There's two lines but you would know that because it's so popular. Everyone in there was very kind and happy. Customers staff just a nice place to get donuts or breakfast I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know. I highly recommend to anyone"

"Man I give this spot a 10 out of 10! Got the donut BLT, which was really good, I'll probably prefer the bacon egg and cheese donut sandwich next time. Also got eggs with corn beef hash which was amazing! Eggs were cooked perfectly. Their donuts are fresh and good too. Def worth a try"
