from Google"Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Dominican flavors. I went today for breakfast. It’s a large restaurant with plenty of spacious tables and Wi-Fi. I had my computer out and was working while I ate. The chef is Dominican and clearly knows what she’s doing in the kitchen. As a fellow Dominican and Puerto Rican, I can say the food is amazing. I had “The 3 Hits” in Spanish, “Los Tres Golpes.” I felt back at home tasting the flavors of my country. The portion was large; it was savory and hearty, the mangú was velvety and delicious, and the avocado was wonderfully fresh. I’m so glad this restaurant is located in downtown Columbus. No need to travel to the Dominican Republic to enjoy a taste of the island."
"My daughter and I decided to try something new, we’ve never had Dominican food, I had a delicious HEAPING serving of breakfast - I can’t remember the name of the plate but it had delicious mashed plantains, sausage, eggs, and fresh avocado. The pickled onions complimented all the elements so well! My daughter had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, she absolutely loved the sauce, she even loved the onions and she is not an onion lover! Our server was kind and attentive, the fresh fruit drinks were refreshing, all around amazing experience!!! Go check them out!!"
"We went to a new Dominican restaurant called @Nook the creative space 1014 Parsons Ave,they have a lot for off Street parking lot. Now absolutely everything was delicious Abuela (Grandma) was in the Kitchen working up magical dishes,I ordered pastelitos (empanadas) with a tasty dipping sauce and a side of Yuca fries,I honestly thought I was in the Dominican Republic again or back home in New York flavor was out of this world. The wife had stew chicken white rice Habichuelas rojas (Stewed beans) It also came with a side salad and a few slices of avocados, she ordered a side of fried plantains and salami and the rice pudding that she took home for dessert.I tell you no lie the food was so amazing I ordered the main two entrees to take home for dinner tonight or tomorrow so the wife won't have to cook. They also had fresh squeezed juices I got passion fruit and the wife got a lemonade that she mixed with some of my passion fruit because of natural juices tend to be really sweet and they offered us soursop shots... overall everything from the food to the customer service was a 10 out of 10 and they also have presidente beer 😁😁"
"Amazing food both American and Dominican. I love the all day breakfast. The menu has so many incredible varieties. Mango pineapple smoothie is easily my favorite. Such a quiet and cute cafe spot diffidently a hidden gem!"
"Stopped in on my lunch break and I was very pleased. The staff member who helped me was attentive and knowledgeable about each dish. The food was fresh and tasty and the passion fruit juice was delicious! The juice was a little too sweet but once I diluted it with some water it was perfect. Whether you’re looking for a space to get work done, eat or both this is it!"
