from Google"09/11/2025 - Third time visiting had to reorder their egg sandwich. Yummy! 09/10/2025 - Second time visiting Sycamore and sampled their egg sandwich which was delicious, along with a coffee. Highly recommend. The arugula is seasoned and yum. 09/09/2025 -First time visiting Sycamore for business matters. Modern restaurant with cool and comfortable decor. Nice size outdoor patio (weather permitting). They also have a cool bar. I ordered a coffee with a cinnamon roll and hit the spot. Free street parking out front, on the side of the restaurant or across the street. Enjoy."
"Came here numerous times. The dinner menu is great, but their brunch is highlyyy underrated. Came here with friends right before work and we really enjoyed our breakfast and drinks. I ordered the Cubano (my first time having it) and it was SO good. I cannot wait to come back just for it. Had the omelette which was fluffy and perfect."
"Ordered 2 appetizers and could not have been more pleased. Burrata, beets and heirloom tomato plate was so fresh and paired great. The olive plate was super tasty. Went perfect with honey goat cheese. Great service, cute ambiance."
"I’ve eaten at The Sycamore on and off since the place first opened, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal. Every time I return, I’m impressed with the consistency, creativity, and quality of the food. It’s clear that the kitchen is run by a very talented and practical chef who knows how to strike a balance between bold flavors and comforting familiarity. You can tell there’s a lot of thought and intention behind each dish, even the simple ones. The rotating menu keeps things fresh and exciting, but sometimes that actually makes it hard to decide—there are just too many great options! I always find myself torn between old favorites and new seasonal creations. One thing I still miss is the house-made ketchup they used to serve—it was such a nice touch and added to the unique character of the place. Hopefully they’ll bring it back someday. The atmosphere at The Sycamore is cozy and welcoming, and it fits perfectly in the heart of historic German Village. Whether you’re in for brunch, lunch, or dinner, it’s a great spot to bring friends, family, or out-of-town guests. Highly recommend!"
"Amazing craft cocktails, warm and welcoming decor, and just an overall good vibe. Also the food is full of fresh takes on classics. Love it as a neighborhood restaurant. Wish it were open later"
