"I have been going here off and on for several months now and now going at least 1-2 times a week. I go about 7am and Gia is super sweet and makes sure you are taken care of! During the 12 days of Biggby she let me take a picture for her sign so I could know what day was each special. My drinks are always made well and food is always delicious! Also wanted to post on Yelp but for some reason they don’t show up."

"I am only writing this in hopes that management sees it and makes a change- not to publicly put this place down. I don’t want to make a blanket statement about the employees because there are 2-3 that seem to actually care, but the others, I really don’t know where they find these people? My drinks are wrong 80% of the time (I have to order sugar free/dairy free and my blood sugar lets me know when it’s not SF), one time I went through and the two girls working had the lights off for fun(????) and when I got my iced latte it CLEARLY had zero coffee in it as it was white. When I asked she giggled and said it did. I was honestly so caught off guard by the weirdness and stupidity I just left. Anyways, I like your coffee when it’s right, can you please hire responsible, competent employees who don’t look like they haven’t showered in three days?"

"Employees look like they just woke up. Don't ask if you want it hot or cold just assume hot. No menu to let customers see at drive thru anymore. Having employees roll their eyes at you. One of the girls was friendly and amazing the other one not so much."

"We go here very often, the past 5 or so times have been disappointing. My husband’s sandwhiches have been frozen in the middle to the point they’re inedible. We’ve asked for them double toasted and it’s still the same. The past 2 times the staff have been extremely rude. Today, there was red stuff in my husband’s drink. We’ll go again because I truly think this could just be due to maybe a recent staff change and we went years without any bad experiences"

"So this is not related to their food or drinks but an instacart shop. Being a business they should be ashamed of themselves. They had a shop with 24 gallons of milk and only left a 3.51 tip. That is just mind baffling. To have someone carry that many gallons of milk to the cart check them out put in car and carry to store. That is moving them 4 times. Smh"
