from Google"If you love German food, don't bother. If you like salt, flavor, or a great deal on your meal, also don't waste your time. My steak stroganoff ($24) arrived with bland curdled sauce and sopping wet noodles. The potato pancakes (2 for $11.50) are the size of small hamburger patties and aren't actually authentic potato pancakes, but rather fried mashed potato cakes. Our three sausage sampler ($19) was mid--the bratwurst tasted like a hamburger patty, the knockwurst tasted like soapy bologna, but the Lithuanian sausage was pretty on point. The sauerkraut balls ($10.50) were good, the star of the dish being the side sauces. The mashed potato and sauerkraut sides were great. Our "Caesar" salads were regular house salads. Good portions for the sausage dinner, huge portion of the (unedible) stroganoff, and disappointing potato pancakes for the price. Do yourself a favor, and just don't. ***of note, the staff and ambiance were delightful. But its really unfortunate what they serve out of that kitchen."
"I had my 75th birthday celebration at Amber Rose. There were 80 in attendance and everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere in the banquet room. The ladies that setup the room, buffet and drinks were awesome. Thank you so much for providing us such an awesome time."
"Had a great experience. The pierogis were great, as was the schnitzel and spätzle. The beef stroganoff, for some reason, was overly sweet, almost to the point of calling it a dessert… we took it home and added some beef stock and Worcestershire to get rid of the sweetness. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic."
"Food was amazing. The service was awesome. They have great portion size!! I loved the Cabbage Rolls"
"The pergoies were the only thing edible. The food was under seasoned, the noodles were over cooked and the sauce on stroganoff was super runny. The pergoies were the only thing we had that was done correctly. The service was decent once we were attended to. The restaurant has a cool history but the prices and food are not worth it."
