"Delicious as always! I think about the wonton nachos at least once a week. The meat was cooked perfectly and there was a generous amount of all the toppings evenly throughout. The loaded potato gnocchi was this week's special (and the main reason we went), the gnocchi was cooked well and the cheese sauce was incredible. Our 13 year old got the drip burger with just cheese and the sauce, and even that blew us away! Perfect smash burger, amd the fries were super hot and crispy. We also got the biscoff desert to go and was very impressed."

"I really liked their vegan fried lions mane sandwich. The bread, breading, and sauce were great. I wouldn't have minded even more sauce, but it was fine as-is. I'd recommend it to vegans, assuming this dish sounds fine to you. The menu is not huge but it seems like the dishes they do have are pretty good."

"Seriously the best restaurant in Dayton hands down!!! The first time I had the Louisiana catfish with that amazing Cajun cream sauce on top of the catfish 🤤 with the rice & sausages had me feeling at home and the vibe of Fat Joe playing in the background with it being a rainy day had me feeling like I was on vacation in Florida 😂 Don't even let me get started about the biscoff tiramisu 🤌🏻but seriously if you are in the Dayton area and want some flavorful food with awesome friendly vibes you should definitely checkout Culture 🤗"

"Two meals. Two different days. Same verdict: absolutely nailed it. We started at Culture, and honestly… we had to come back and try the chef’s second spot because when food hits like this, you don’t ignore the sequel. At Culture, we ordered: Wonton Nachos – crispy, piled high, loaded with flavor, and dangerously easy to demolish. Pan-Seared Meatloaf – comfort food that went to culinary school. Rich, savory, and cooked perfectly. Then came round two at The Nood Bar at the Silos, and wow. The first three photos say it all: Crispy Fried Shrimp Bao – light, crunchy, saucy, and balanced. Zero grease bomb vibes. Crab Rangoon with pimento cheese – unexpected in the best way. Southern soul meets Asian street food and they get along beautifully. Buldak Karaage – crispy, spicy, bold, and addictive. This is not a “maybe I’ll try a bite” dish. This is a commitment. Two separate meals, two different times, same takeaway: ✨ Both restaurants are absolutely amazing. Creative, well-executed, and clearly run by someone who understands flavor and restraint (a rare combo). If you haven’t tried either yet—fix that. Your taste buds are bored and deserve better. 😌"

"This is my second time in. I came last year while visiting and this was my first stop when I got in this weekend. That mushroom sandwich is the best thing going. From the sauce to the bun, it's the best! The staff were great and the vibe is so chill. Note: to the petty person who gave the one star review, I call BS. That review was clearly a vendetta review and not an honest review of the establishment and it read like it was written by chatGPT. Highly recommend. Will always come back! 💜💜 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
