"On 1/21, I politely asked a staff member if this Starbucks was open, and I was ignored and treated dismissively. On 1/22, I witnessed the same staff member speak loudly and aggressively to a customer who had done nothing wrong. This Starbucks is located within an academic institution, where professionalism should be expected. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disturbing customer service experiences I have encountered. Many people here balance professional work and academic responsibilities and do not have the time or energy to deal with this type of behavior. No one deserves to be treated like this. Until this issue is addressed, I will not support this location. Professionalism is non-negotiable."

Muttering under her breath when i wanted a receipt (which i never got) and wouldn’t even let me order without interrupting. I’m a starbucks barista (at an actually good location) and would be shocked if my coworkers behaved like that."

"If I could give less than one star, I would. The staff here are always rude and unfriendly. Today was the worst experience I’ve had. The cashier today was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. She even charged me extra for coconut milk in a Pink Drink, which has never happened to me at any other Starbucks. I didn’t even know that was a thing."

"While I don't mind when they use Folgers as a backup coffee, I do not like the people who actually run this coffee shop. The barista Haley was so rude and cold. I actually stopped coming when she was working because she always annoyed me. However there were two sweet ladies I am not sure of their names but an older woman and a very sweet girl with black hair, i think she might have had a blonde fringe. I miss seeing her as she always gave me good life advice.. I heard she was forced out by her rude boss, whom I have run into a few times. nasty lady, i personally don't want her running any coffee shop i go to. As for the older woman she was so gentle and caring, a kind soul that just needed some love. What a shame this place has become"
