It tasted like Scarlett Johansson woke you up with a husky version of Let’s Fall in Love, like your kids got an A in calculus, like your dog could talk and called you “buddy” when you came home from work, where your CEO said, “Screw profit! Let’s just do what is right!” My salad, covered in a web of cheese so delicate I suddenly could dance ballet, was also a revelation: vegetables are good! I came from Dallas to eat here (incidentally, also to see people who call me “father) and will be back, not just to escape Texas. Tony, Pete, you are saints. May the gods bless you!"
