"They have tons of different types of chocolate. If you are a chocolate lover this can be your place. I tried one dark chocolate truffle which was pretty decent. The iced mocha was good as well with real chocolate and lesser sweetness. Definitely recommended."

"Our first time at a Winans was not a welcoming experience. The $7 coffee was not worth it and I surely regret tipping $2.68. Staff was bickering the entire time we waited for our coffees. Had to wait longer for our cortado because it was not communicated properly internally. Tried getting a cup of ice water twice and was ignored by staff. All 3 workers seemed miserable and bothered we we're interrupting their Sunday. No way to leave a survey on the receipt so Google review it is. Dark chocolate mini wetzels were good."

"Excellent service and delicious beverages and chocolates. Our barista was especially patient given our indecisiveness at the counter. We bought some chocolates on his recommendation and did not regret a single choice. There is a closed room for meetings and the decor is warm and inviting. During the summer there’s a patio, though you will be next to the drive through in the land of oversized trucks and SUVs. One thing I might have missed—unlike other Winans locations, this one may have not sold wine(?). Someone correct me if I am mistaken!"

"Went to this place multiple times in the past and always left satisfied. Today I found out they tried to fire an amazing worker, and now I’m upset. The store has gone downhill over the years. I know who is unprofessional to coworkers, I’ve seen people yell at employees. I refuse to name names. The drive-thru is dysfunctional."
