"This is one of my favorite spots for coffee but recently the service is definitely lacking the manager or owner or whatever is extremely rude and Heaven forbid your order is wrong. I ordered the same drink almost every day with sweet foam cold brew, and was given one with the sweet foam and it was chunky when I called back up to ask why it was chunky. He told me it was because it was frozen and I told him that I get the drink every single day and not only was it chunky, but it smelled bad so I didn’t want a new coffee. Just wanted to let him know so that somebody else didn’t get the bad cream. He proceeded to get extremely rude with me on the phone so I ended the call gave them another shot today Got a coffee with extra caramel hot and when I watch them make the drink after standing there for several minutes and addressed it when it was wrong he got extremely rude and standoffish again time to find a new coffee spot it’s a shame because the coffee itself is great and money there everyday but ever since Davonia left the customer service is horrible."

"When this place gets my order right it's great. That happens maybe half the time. Today I paid $14 for one medium drink and one sandwich only to be given the wrong drink by a guy with the worst attitude I've ever seen in my life. And I couldn't afford to wait for them to remake it because it already took them 10 minutes to get one drink and one sandwich out when I was the only one in the DT."

"Every time I have been at this location, the staff has been friendly and helpful. I am a person that doesn't like the taste of coffee but occasionally needs a pick me up. The staff has been understanding and willing to help me decide. Every time the drink was amazing and exactly what I needed!"

"The girls that work there are horrendous. I could leave a zero star i would. Was overcharged on my drink and told I wasn’t. They don’t seem to know how to keep customers. Never happens when I pay cash! I was also not giving a receipt. ALWAYS GET RECEIPT because these young kids are un trustable. They made the process very difficult. I was not happy with my service. My drink also had no iced, even though I ordered ice."

"I go here every morning for the fantastic service and of course the coffee. The ladies there always have smiles and greet me with hello's. If I could i would give each one of them 10 stars"
