"Normally visit other locations such as the ones in Warren and Montgomery county. This one is definitely newer but something feels off. Other locations have a more "comfy" feel to them. They have games and cards etc., if people feel like hanging out for a while. A Christmas 🎄 Tree is also at these locations or whatever the holiday calls for. This one does not have that. Although courteous, the staff doesn't "feel" particularly friendly per say. The other ones do, no matter the person working at them. Strange. For the area, it also is a newer area. Although better restaurants are going up in this area and trying to give you that more upscale feel, you can tell something is off about it. Not the business fault, just reality. This is a more Urban location than suburban. No matter how you slice it. The feeling in this location displays that. Just a heads up for any regular Biggby fans out there. 😊"

"2nd visit to this location. First visit had less than pleasant experience from an employee that didn't seem to want to be there. I entered the store and approached the register. Cashier said, "I'll be right with you". I acknowledged as she was sorting out some type of order tickets or receipts. Then she went to wash out a frozen drink blender. After that she asked the other employee who they should text. I'm assuming someone called off and they may have been short handed. She then went back to washing the blender. The other employee was putting on an apron and looking around seemingly getting ready to start work. Neither one acknowledged me standing at the register after the initial interaction. At this point it was approaching five minutes of being ignored. I left, along with the money I was going to spend there. So far I have not been impressed at all with this location. The other big coffee chain is just across the street and happily took my money for gift cards."

"The owner and staff are always so nice. I enjoy the atmosphere and work from there often. Orders are quick and always correct. Thank you Biggby Coffee for providing a great experience."

"We only went through drive through. I don’t know the atmosphere. We didn’t have any food. The service was ok. The girl at the counter acted like we were a bother to her. Once we actually got to the window, and we were the only customers there, we sat there waiting for at least 2 minutes before she got to the window and opened it. She wasn’t Miss Personality. I was very surprised. It was my first visit to a Biggby. And it will probably be my last after I see their employees."
