"Extremely disappointed in service and quality. My daughter purchased a cake for my birthday. She was so upset when she got home and said the employee was very rude. Plus, for $45 the cake should have been better. Chocolate should taste like chocolate. It was more mousse than cake and the mousse may as well had been water. No flavor whatsoever. Never has a chocolate cake gone to waste in this house between my kids and all our guests. And for as small as it was (for $45 I could have gotten a large sheet cake) that is pretty pathetic. You need better employees working with your customers and baking. We won't recommend and will not be patronizing this business again."

"I was left a voicemail from Kim at Servatii on 12/17, that a person who placed an order for Dec. 24 pick-up, did not get charged for 10 cheese danishes and they would owe $27.50 when they picked up on the 24th. Merry Christmas Eve! So I called Servatii Fairfield to let them know they dialed my number by mistake and I was going to pay it forward and take care of the remaining charge for this family as a Christmas Surprise... Instead I was rushed off of the phone. Kim, who was standing directly behind the person who was talking to me on the phone, refused to get on the phone with me for some reason (didn't recognize my name -well duh you called me by mistake and I am trying to let you know this) and because I had no clue who the order was actually placed for and could not give a name because it was not left on the voicemail. I was informed they are busy and to just not worry about it and they didn't care that this person didn't get the message and will not be given a heads up about the money they still owe or even want to take a payment for it. Well, I tried... To whoever ordered 10 cheese danishes and such from Servatii Fairfield to be picked up on Dec. 24, here is your alert that you still owe $27.50. Merry Christmas!"

"Servatii's is a wonderful stop for a gift but also has great salads, sandwiches snacks and treats. Reccomend the chocolate raspberry torte, the pretzels and beer cheese dips especially. The little mini mousse cakes by the slice are perfect as a romantic surprise. These spot offers classic Reubens, apple fritters, bear Claws, and tea cookies by the box."
