"They were out of eggs for the avocado egg bagel, so I ordered the caprese and after paying and waiting a while they called us up and told us they were out of fresh mozzarella and used shredded. Five minutes later they brought out a large tub of fresh mozzarella. I was really disappointed that I paid full price when they shredded doesn’t compare to the fresh (in portion size and taste). Staff could have offered for us to wait a few minutes for them to slice more mozzarella. Staff were not the friendliest. I will take my business elsewhere next time. They were also out of the sausage when the lady in front of us tried to order."

"Very upbeat, lively, and on point! Great place to relax by yourself or with friends! The staff is very kind and helpful. The place was clean and felt warm and inviting! Even when my order was delayed, I was quickly informed and given options immediately. As for the delay... they checked the temperature on my eggs and determined they weren't suitable for consumption. Some folks might have complained, but I appreciated it."

"They have vegan spreads and a vegan sausage you can add on! The vegan spread wasn’t your typical cream cheese flavor, it was a bit more spicy. I got the sea salt bagel to try something new, and it was definitely salty, so be prepared! Overall I would def come back, especially to try their vegan baked goods!! Also, the building reminds me of the German Bavaria, so that was cool"

"My good was fire! Veggie sandwich on rosemary sea salt bagel, ice strawberry green tea, and hashbrowns. I would just suggest greeting people when they enter the door. I almost turned around bc I wasn't sure if they were friendly or not. They were friendly!"

"I love Cleveland bagel, best plain bagels around and decent pricing. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is they NEVER remember to give me cream cheese when I order online to pick up or they door dash. I’ve picked up and checked once in car and felt like a jerk walking back in to ask for it. Idk how they forget so many times"
