from Google"First time here!! I didn’t get food. I did however get a 16oz light iced Mexi Mocha with coconut milk with a piece of nutty coffee white chocolate goodness on the mouth piece, (what an extra sweet treat) $6.40. Kinda pricey for the size, my opinion it’s better than Starbucks. Next time I will get the bigger size. The 3 ladies working there are super sweet and helpful. I can be picky about my coffee and by far this is the 2 best I’ve ever had."
"I’m a big coffee lover myself, and I’ve been visiting this coffee shop for the past two years. I’ve bought their GRANITA more than 50 times. it’s hands down the best item on their menu! The flavor is consistently amazing and always meets (or even beats) my expectations. It’s refreshing, satisfying, and something I genuinely look forward to every time I visit. Highly recommend trying it if you haven’t already!"
"After eating at a local restaurant, we headed over here to try a local coffee shop. First time visiting. Ordered the Irish Cream Breve, blended, and it was OUTSTANDING!!! It was so good, we ordered another one for the road trip home the next morning."
"Keto? Diabetic? Low carb? Or simply looking for a fantasmicly (and yes that's a word) awesome new coffee joint to try, this is the place in Kent to give (or get) a shot. Of espresso of course! After watching this little bean of goodness being constructed, we couldn't wait to let our tastebuds loose on what was to come. Nervous to see if they had any sugar free options, we were delighted to find out that they have MANY! They were eager to help us make any of their drinks suitable to our needs. For the first time EVER, I was able to get a sugar free pumpkin spice iced latte. NOWHERE locally has ever been able to do that. THANK YOU! It was absolutely perfect. My partner had a cold brew with sugar free syrups and was just as delighted as me. Very friendly and smiley staff that made us feel welcome. Cannot wait to go back and try more! Just a note of warning: this is a brand new location and it will take them some time to get your items. Be patient and kind :) they will in return! It's worth the wait."
"I went to the Human Bean’s Kent location on Thursday, July 3rd and was provided with extremely rude service from a younger girl with red hair and glasses. While there seemed to be other employees in the store at the time who were trying to go about their business and just do their jobs, this girl had an extremely entitled attitude and judgmental tone when I was trying to order my drink in the morning. I’ll set the scene for you: it was early in the morning, 6:30ish I’d say and I pulled up to the menu sign to order my Bright Energy before I go into my 7-7 shift at the hospital. While I greeted the one taking my order, I was given a short response and almost a pass of judgement for the drink I was ordering, which is completely uncalled for. Trying to keep an open mind, I pulled forward to get my drink from the window while I see it being made by a red haired girl who was clearly making rude face and degrading comments to the other employees around her as my drink was being made. Finally, my drink was brought to the window in almost a forceful motion followed by a rude “Here you go” and no pleasantries at all. While my drink was fine and I’m an overall big fan of the items at this store, I did not enjoy my most recent experience at this store and will most likely be going to the Streetsboro one from here on out. The identity of the girl may remain a mystery, but I know that for the future I will most definitely be avoiding the Human Bean when I see a glimpse of red hair through the store window on my next drive to work."
